Quotes and bookings
Prices quoted by phone, WhatsApp or through our online form are based on the vehicle and fault details you give us. If the vehicle or fault differs on arrival, we will confirm any revised price with you before starting work.
Mobile callouts
We attend your home, workplace or roadside within our coverage area. Arrival times are estimates and can be affected by traffic and earlier jobs. You must provide a safe, legal and accessible place for us to work on the vehicle.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work unless agreed otherwise in advance.
Warranty
Our software work carries a lifetime warranty against failure of the software we install on that vehicle, for as long as you own it. The warranty does not cover unrelated mechanical or electrical faults, damage caused by third-party work, or subsequent reprogramming by another party.
Vehicle use and the law
Modifications to emissions-related systems may affect a vehicle's compliance with road-use regulations in some territories. Work is carried out at the owner's request and it is the owner's responsibility to ensure their intended use of the vehicle is lawful. If you are unsure, ask us before booking.
Liability
We carry out work with reasonable skill and care. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or anything else that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
